  • Cancellation 4–8 weeks prior to arrival: 25% of the rental amount is due.
  • Cancellation 2–4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the rental amount is due.
  • Cancellation 7 days–2 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of the rental amount is due.
  • Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the rental amount is due.
